Drew has spent the last decade helping companies get real value out of their HR technology. Across hundreds of HCM implementations, he has sat on the same side of the table as HR and people leaders — scoping rollouts, untangling messy processes, and making sure platforms actually get adopted after go-live. He has led Client Success, Implementation, and Product teams, and he built Tallo around a simple idea: HR leaders deserve software that works the way their team actually operates, with the clarity and support to make it stick.

Shayon has spent his career building enterprise software that has to be right the first time. He has shipped SaaS products used by large, regulated organizations and led international engineering teams inside a Fortune 500 telecom. At Tallo, he owns the technical foundation — the data model, the product experience, and the AI layer — with a focus on security, reliability, and speed. His goal is simple: give HR teams an enterprise-grade platform that feels as easy to use as the consumer tools they already love.
